Payments

The tool above simply reserves your vehicle for the dates you request. All clients must produce a valid credit or debit card in the name of the driver upon collection of the vehicle as a form of deposit. Cash or Cheque deposits are not accepted.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be reported within 24 hours prior to the date of collection by calling 08456 43 43 43. Failure to do so will result in a £15 administration fee.

Availability

We will notify you as soon as possible if the vehicle you reserve is not available. Last minute or out of hours bookings are not guaranteed, please do not travel to the office unless your booking has been confirmed after the provisionally booking email. Or please call the office Monday to Friday 9-5pm to confirm a vehicle is available.
